  • Deposits will be required on all jobs to cover material costs and/or preliminary CAD work, if applicable

  • Invoices must be paid in full prior/during pick up, or before delivery

  • All CAD drawings are for inhouse use only and are to be used only as a means of communication to complete the job scope. Drawings are not to be distributed as engineered documents

  • Ammendments to approved drawings/job scopes after the parts have been cut/worked will be subject to additional costs

  • In the event a customer cancels a job that has already commenced, they will be invoiced for the work completed. Refunds will not be given on custom ordered materials. They can be picked up if the invoice for the work complete has been paid.

  • All materials and projects left uncollected at time of completion or scheduled pickup will be subject to additional storage costs unless otherwise agreed upon
